Refund Policy for Houseplants

At OaklandUAE, we take pride in delivering healthy, high-quality plants. To ensure fairness and transparency, we’ve outlined our return and refund policy below. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. Damaged or Defective Plants

If your houseplant arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To process a claim, email us a clear photo of the plant and packaging along with your order number.

  • If we verify that the issue occurred during transport or before delivery, we will offer a replacement at no cost (subject to availability).
  • Alternatively, a full refund will be issued for the affected item(s).

Important: We do not accept returns or refunds for plants damaged after delivery, including mishandling, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.

2. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect plant, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will send the correct item or issue a full refund for the incorrect one. You may be required to return the incorrect plant at no cost to you.

3. Change of Mind

Due to the perishable nature of houseplants, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please double-check your order before confirming.

4. Plant Care and Survival

We provide detailed care instructions with each plant. However, we cannot offer refunds for plants that fail due to improper care, unsuitable environments, or neglect. We’re happy to offer care tips—reach out anytime!

5. Return Process

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions. Plants must be returned in the same condition as received. Return shipping may apply unless the issue was our responsibility.

6. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned plant (if applicable). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
